- Flexible Number Programming – Allows changing extension numbers to match the organization’s numbering plan.
- Day / Night Mode – Switches the PBX between day and night operation with different call routing settings.
- Call Forwarding – Automatically redirects incoming calls to another extension or destination.
- Call Transfer – Transfers an active call from one extension to another.
- Call Pickup – Lets a user answer a ringing call from another extension.
